Zenner Lead-Free Multi-Jet Water Meter, 5/8" x 3/4"
Description
- Lead-free brass alloy design meets requirements for potable water use
- Meter reads in gallons
Zenner water meters provide long-term service in municipal and industrial applications. Their multi-jet design stands up to the occasional sand and grit that typically clog conventional meters. They are magnetically driven and hermetically sealed to prevent fogging, and eliminate dirt and moisture infiltration. They're virtually maintenance free! Meet AWWA C708 performance standards.
These meters achieve high accuracy using a simple but refined process. As water flows through the strainer and into the measuring chamber, the unit's impeller is driven. This motion is transmitted to the drive magnet located within the meter's register, and translated into volume totalization using the connected gear train. All flow information is clearly displayed on the register dial face.
Note: Meter gaskets and adapters available separately.
- Accuracy: 98.5 to 105%
- Connection: 3/4" Male Union
- Lay length: 7-1/2"
- Materials: main case lead-free C89833 or C89850 bronze alloys; nylon measuring chamber; polycarbonate register can (bronze for 1-1/2" and 2"); tempered glass register lens
