USABlueBook RIGHTdose mechanical metering pumps deliver accurate chemical feed (1400:1 turndown ratio) to improve your effluent quality and save you money. Their state-of-the-art microprocessor control is integrated into the design, eliminating the need for a variable speed controller. Set up your pump using the intuitive control panel menu. Control panel accepts a 4-20 mA signal and pulse signals, or you can operate it manually. NEMA 4X housing protects against harsh conditions. Pumps have a remote start/stop function and pulse multiply/pulse divide capabilities. Their 8' cord with a three-prong plug eliminates the need for hardwiring into a control panel. Note: Optional foot valve, injection quill and piping are available. For best performance we recommend that you install a pressure relief valve, back pressure valve and pulsation dampener on the discharge of all motor-driven metering pumps. Includes: power cord, remote start/stop cable and external signal cable. Repair kits generally include: one diaphragm, six o-rings, four gaskets, four check balls and four valve seats.
