When all you need is proportional feed control, this Pump Control Module (PCM) is the perfect option. Use the PCM with a peristaltic pump and water meter to provide a highly reliable, cost-effective option for proportional feed control of chemicals.
When the PCM receives a pulse from a standard water meter, an output relay is enabled for the set amount of time. Use the 0 to 10 turndown dial mounted on the outside of the controller to determine the percentage of the maximum time that the output is enabled. The timer resets immediately after each cycle. The PCM comes preset with a time range of 1 to 10 seconds, but you can adjust it to 0.1 to 1, 0.5 to 5, or 2 to 20 seconds via an internal jumper.
