Compact and easy to use, the GX-2012 gas detector delivers high-performance detection of H2S, CO, O2, and LEL combustibles. It's the smallest four-gas detector with a built-in pump, weighing only 12.3 ounces.
The pump samples air from up to 50 feet away. In addition to confined space safety monitoring, this versatile gas detector features a Leak Check mode that can identify small gas leaks from valves, flanges and other possible leak points.
Large LCD displays all gas readings along with battery level and current time. During alarm conditions, the triple alarm system activates beeping, flashing and vibrating alarms, while also backlighting the display. The GX-2012 detector continuously checks itself for sensor connections, low battery, circuit trouble, low flow and calibration errors. The detector is intrinsically safe and features an IP67-rated impact- and water-resistant housing.
Log up to 600 hours of alarm events and alarm interval trends. GX-2012 Data Logging Management software (free at rkiinstruments.com) lets you transfer data to a Windows-based PC equipped with an infrared port, or use a USB/IrDA adapter cable; not included. To automate calibration and logging, use the optional SDM-2012 docking station (sold separately).
