These units use two independent PT100 temperature sensors to prevent over-boiling of liquids. PID pressure control ensures accurate pressure during each cycle. The integrated reservoir for water feed, with water level control and steam recirculation saves on demineralized water consumption and enables the autoclave to be independent of a water supply.
Quickly access important cycle information with Tuttnauer's smart control system. Units feature a multi-color display for easy reading. The color display wheel indicates the stage of the cycle. Create up to 16 custom cycles to best suit your sterilization needs. Autoclave stores the last 200 cycles in the memory feature that can be easily recalled on the display or transferred to a computer via USB drive.
Built-in printer provides GLP documentation: summary of cycle number, cycle time, temperature, pressure, real time and date, as well as any errors or interruptions that occurred.
