AGS grinder pumps feature a powerful axial grinder and semi-open impeller to easily slice through solids, flushables and trash found in the modern wastewater stream without roping or clogging. Their 1 hp motors and 2" discharge make them ideal for replacing sewage ejector pumps that experience clogging issues.
For easy installation, all AGS pumps feature internal capacitors and a grounded plug on the cord—no control panel needed. For automatic operation, simply use a piggyback float switch (stock # 16608).
- Construction: cast iron housing, volute and impeller; 440C stainless steel cutting system; semi-open 2-vane impeller; silicon carbide seals with Buna-N elastomers
- Motor: single-phase, oil-filled with automatic thermal overload, 3500 rpm, capacitor start/capacitor run (internal)
- Max liquid temp: 104°F continuous, 140°F intermittent
- Discharge: 2" NPT(F)
- Cord: 20'L with grounded plug
