These pumps also offer all of the traditional Deming features that make for long life and easy servicing. Their inverter-duty motors are oil-filled for cooling, and feature high-capacity bearings with a 50,000-hour life. Moisture and temperature sensors provide protection and early notice of maintenance needs. Mount these pumps on rail systems or add the optional leg kit (stock # 38885) to use them as free-standing units.
Pumps are constructed with a cast-iron housing and volute, bronze wear ring, 440C stainless steel cutter and striker plate. Impeller is monovane with back side pump-out vanes and features, ductile iron construction. Bearings are heavy-duty, oil lubricated. Seal is tandem mechanical in oil-filled reservoir, with silicon carbide/silicon carbide upper and lower.
