Specifically designed for use with IBC tote bins, these rugged scales are ideal for continuous weighing applications. They feature a steel frame with a corrosion-resistant powder-coat finish—ideal where corrosion is a concern. Four load cells under the platform ensure you get accurate weights, even for off-center loads.
Scales feature a 4-1/2-digit digital display housed in a NEMA 4X UL-approved enclosure. A 4-20 mA output lets you send weight readings to a PLC or chart recorder. Scales also have two adjustable low-level contacts you can hook up to an alarm or autodialer.
Spill containment scales feature a 63" x 63" platform and basin, both made from solid polyethylene. Basin contains spills up to 300 gallons; load cells are installed outside of the basin to prevent damage from chemical spills.
Includes: 20'L cable for mounting the indicator. To mount the indicator remotely, order a remote mount junction box (stock # 22723) and extra cable (stock # 22724; max of 200 feet). 5-year warranty.
