These compact stepper-motor pumps offer an intelligent drive design, combining the advantages of a solenoid-driven diaphragm dosing pump with the precision of a motor-driven diaphragm dosing pump. Their stepper motor features a wear-free tooth belt for gentle, accurate dosing. Pumps perform suction stroke at maximum speed, and adjust pressure stroke speed to match desired supply rate. This produces an almost constant supply stream for smooth low-pulsation dosing.
Pumps feature double check valves for dosing accuracy. Gas vents are built into the pump head for use with off-gassing chemicals such as bleach. All pumps are ground- or wall-mountable—no extra brackets needed.
Manual control pumps are ideal for basic chemical feed applications. Their convenient single-dial stroke frequency control offers infinitely variable dosing rates. On/off is controlled remotely.

Use with 20% aluminum sulfate (alum), ammonium chloride, ammonium hydroxide, ammonium sulfate, calcium hypochlorite, ferric sulfate, 36% hydrochloric acid, 10% hydrogen peroxide, magnesium hydroxide, potassium permanganate, sodium bisulfate and sodium hypochlorite (call for compatibility with other chemicals). Wetted materials: PVC head, PVC fittings, glass check balls, PTFE diaphragm, FPM seals and PVDF seat.
Pumps include: suction valve, discharge valve, injection check valve assembly, foot valve/strainer, suction valve, discharge valve, PVC suction tubing and polyethylene discharge tubing.
