VR series pumps use advanced axial cutters to easily slice through solids and trash without roping or clogging. Automatic units feature wide-angle float switches with piggyback-style plugs for quick installation and easy replacement. Start/run capacitors are built-in, eliminating the need for a control panel.
VR1 pumps for low-head applications are perfect drop-in replacements for 2" sewage ejector pumps struggling with wastewater trash and debris. They produce similar flow characteristics, and their 1-hp motors keep power requirements low so there's no need for electrical upgrades.
Construction: cast-iron housing and volute, 440 stainless steel cutting mechanism, thermoplastic impeller and single mechanical, carbon/ceramic seals. The impeller is semi-open with back pump-out vanes. The motor is single phase, oil filled. It features capacitor start/run and thermal overload protection. Includes 20' cord with grounded plug.
