Hach's TL23 series turbidimeters simplify testing in your most demanding applications. Like Hach's trusted 2100 series, they use a stable halogen-filled tungsten filament lamp that meets EPA reporting requirements (method 180.1). Meters use a 90° detector for lower range measurements, and switch with the push of a button to multi-detector mode for an expanded measurement range.
These meters remove subjectivity, and eliminate the need for repeated measurements. By waiting to capture turbidity readings until sample stability is detected, they assure accurate measurements over an expanded range. Smart self-diagnostics alert you to common user mistakes, such as inserting the wrong calibration standard. Use the built-in air purge connection to minimize moisture condensation on the sample cell.
Meters feature a large full-color touchscreen display, intuitive user interface and guided procedures for ease of use and confident measurement. Store a total of 2,000 data points, and organize them in reading, verification or calibration logs for quick retrieval. Two USB ports let you transfer data via a flash drive, or connect to a bar scanner or keyboard for sample identification.
Advanced turbidimeters offer a 0-10,000 NTU range. They also measure absorbance (ABS) and % transmittance.
Includes: six sample cells (stock #77303), Stablcal® sealed vial primary standard kit (<0.1, 20, 200, 1000 and 4000 NTU), a set of Gelex® secondary standards (0-2, 0-20, 0-200 and 200-4000 NTU), power cord, silicone oil, oiling cloth, dust cover, power cord and manual.
