Paint over all existing mold, mildew, moss, fungi and odor-causing bacteria with this water-based fungicidal protective coating. Mold killing primer contains an EPA-registered antimicrobial that prevents the growth of mold, mildew and other fungal organisms on the paint film. It dries to the touch in 30 minutes and is ready for re-coat in one hour. One gallon covers approximately 400 to 450 sq ft.
Note: For water stains, you may also need to use a stain blocking primer.
