- Leak-free seal-less liquid ends ensure reliable performance
BLACKLINE series motor-driven spring-return diaphragm pumps deliver reliable metering control. They feature oil-lubricated ball bearings in a die-cast aluminum housing, and a reinforced PTFE diaphragm.
Manual control pumps feature a micrometer-style stroke adjustment knob that offers a 10:1 turndown ratio. All pumps feature a totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) motor. Models with explosion-proof motors are available as special order; contact USABlueBook for more information.
Use with aluminum sulfate (alum), ammonium chloride, 20% calcium hypochlorite, caustic, chloramines, 33% hydrochloric acid, hydrogen peroxide, potassium permanganate, sodium bisulfate, 50% sodium hydroxide, 12.5% sodium hypochlorite (bleach) and 50% sulfuric acid. Call for compatibility with other chemicals. Wetted materials: PVDF head and valves, PTFE valve seats and Pyrex valve check balls.
Note: All pumps require a foot valve, injection quill and piping; sold separately. For optimal performance, we recommend installing a pressure relief valve, back pressure valve and pulsation dampener on the discharge of all motor-driven pumps.
