Labconco Basic™ 47 Fume Hoods, 2247400
Description
- Compact size fits in tight spaces
These economical hoods are great for light-duty applications. They feature a smaller overall height and depth than traditional hoods to fit in areas with low ceilings or narrow aisles. Curved air foil directs airflow into the hood to minimize turbulence and ensure maximum fume containment. Foil lifts off for easy cleaning. Hoods also feature a vertical-rising tempered safety glass sash to protect operator while providing excellent visibility.
Interior and exterior feature durable powder-coated 16-gauge steel construction to resist chemical degradation. Vapor-proof incandescent lighting (bulb not included) illuminates interior. Interior right panel comes factory prepared to accommodate optional cup sink and turret. Exterior fixture panel on the right side accommodates up to three color-coded service fixtures, one duplex electrical receptacle and one airflow monitor. Fume hoods operate on 115 VAC, 60 Hz power.
A complete system consists of a fume hood, work surface and base cabinet (all sold separately). Blower and ductwork are also required (source locally). Optional built-in accessories are available as special order and must be specified at time of purchase. Options include vent kit, service fixtures, guardian airflow monitors, cup sink and turret.
