MacRoy mechanically-actuated diaphragm pumps are a cost-effective solution for chemical dosing. These durable pumps run smoothly, thanks to their low-friction bronze gears and robust worm gear drive. Their lockable micrometer prevents drifting.
Automatic control models have an inverter duty AC motor and drive. These models accept a 4-20 mA process signal and feature an integrated disconnect.
Use with: sodium hypochlorite, caustic, polyphosphate, potassium permanganate, sodium bisulfite and bisulfate, ferric and soda ash (call for compatibility with other chemicals). Wetted materials: PVC head, Teflon® diaphragm and O-rings, and ceramic check balls.
Note: Foot valve, injection quill and piping are not included. We recommend installing a back pressure valve, pressure relief valve and a pulsation dampener for maximum system efficiency.
