Lifting plastic or fiber drums off or on to a truck with a crane (or chain attached to a backhoe bucket) has always been a problem because conventional drum lifters are designed to work with rigid steel containers, not drums that flex.
This drum lifter will handle any drum measuring 22 to 23-1/2" in diameter and 23 to 38" tall. Drums rest on a flat steel bottom plate that is attached to a vertical lifting frame. Drums are secured against the frame's saddle by a chain with ratchet tightener.
Made of high strength lifting components as specified by OSHA for overhead lifting. Measures 47"H x 26"Dia. Weighs 45 lbs.
