Use these durable lightweight open-top polyethylene tanks for general chemical storage. They feature a 20° grade sloped bottom for complete drainage of slurries like lime and activated carbon.
Tanks suitable for use with: Aluminum sulfate (alum), ammonium chloride, 28% ammonium hydroxide, ammonium sulfate, calcium hypochlorite, ferric sulfate, hydrochloric acid, 10% hydrogen peroxide, methanol, 20% potassium permanganate, sodium bisulfate, sodium hydroxide (caustic), 15% sodium hypochlorite, 50% sulfuric acid. Note: Chemical compatibility may vary between 70°F and 140°F. Contact USABlueBook if using with chemicals at 140°F or above.
Ordering info: Steel bands are required for tank stabilization; sold separately. We highly recommend having any tank fittings factory installed. This will protect your tank warranty, and eliminate the possibility of installation errors.
