The Shockwave2 shock-absorbing lanyard expands to 6' and contracts to 4.5' in reaction to worker movement. This lets it stay out of your way when not in use, and reduces the risk of trips and snags. If a fall occurs, its inner core immediately extends and absorbs energy, limiting arresting forces to 900 lbs or less. The lanyard's impact indicator shows if it's been exposed to a fall and should be removed from service. Locking snap hooks at each end meet 2007 ANSI Z359 standards.
