These economical microprocessorbased controllers provide a set point and high/low relays for accurate conductivity control, plus a variety of timer functions to control chemical addition. They are specifically designed for use with LMI pumps, but can work with any pump.

Display shows conductivity or TDS readings and temperature in °F or °C. LED indicators signal operating conditions and equipment status. Controllers also feature easy three-button programming, a separate alarm relay, 4-20 mA output and flow switch compatibility. Choose from boiler or cooling tower configurations.

The LMI boiler controller lets you select the set point for either rising or falling conductivity values. Set the timer at an interval from 1 to 999 minutes, and set valve open duration from 1 to 999 seconds.

The LMI cooling tower controller for closed-loop cooling tower systems features four feed modes. The feed modes include feed limit from 1 to 999 minutes, percentage of time from 1 to 100%, percentage of control (feed after bleed) from 1 to 100% of previous bleed cycle, and a pulse external trigger from 1 to 100 counter or 1 to 999 seconds on-time.

Includes: boiler controller includes boiler probe assembly with 1" cross and 1/2" conduit tee. Cooling tower controller requires either conductivity probe and manifold (stock # 42353), or conductivity probe and pipe tee (stock # 31727)—order separately.
