The Sure-Grip plug has a sealing O-ring made of 100% natural rubber; the plug top is made of durable polypropylene. The O-ring seals the pipe as the plug top is tightened into its threads. A special lubricant is added on to the rubber O-ring, ensuring the plug top will tighten easily.
