The Cold-Shot pipe freezer keeps pressurized systems operating while you make repairs. It freezes all types of liquids in steel, copper, cast-iron, aluminum, and plastic pipes ranging from 1/8 to 2". The Cold-Shot is faster and less expensive than refrigerator-type units; plus it's faster and uses less CO2 than bag-type units. In five minutes you're ready to go to work on copper tubing. Cast-iron pipe takes only three minutes.
Includes: 10 sets of freeze heads for 1/8 to 2" lines, 2 high-pressure hoses with injector, T-distributor, locking nut, hex-head screwdriver, rubber gloves, goggles and carrying case.
Note: Dip-tube type cylinder must be purchased separately. Reusable cylinders are shipped empty; no CO2. Fill them locally at a welding, gas or beverage (CO2) distributor. Pipe freezers are not designed to freeze lines with flowing water. Flow must be isolated and stopped before and during use of this product.
