Vanton Chemical Transfer Pumps, Size 60
Description
- Engineered for acids, caustics, slurries, viscous fluids
- Self-priming, run-dry capability
- No seals, gaskets, check valves or exposed bearings
Vanton Flex-i-liner pumps are self-priming and can run dry for extended periods without liner damage. The only wear part is the flexible liner, which is designed for long periods of service. An inexperienced operator can replace a liner in a matter of minutes.
Simple design! A rotor mounted on an eccentric shaft oscillates within the liner, creating a progressive squeegee action on the fluid trapped between the liner and the block. The liner and the block are the only components in contact with the fluid. Flex-i-liner lubricant is used in the cavity where the eccentric rotor is in contact with the center of the liner to extend liner life.
Pumps feature polypropylene bodies and Hypalon® liners for excellent resistance to a wide range of acids and alkalis. Bodies of polyethylene, Teflon® and stainless steel are also available, as are liners made of Nordel® (EPDM), Viton®, Teflon, Butyl, neoprene, Buna-N, and natural rubber.
Standard motors are 115V. Metering accuracies of ±5% can be obtained by using variable speed motors with a speed controller.
- Max GPM: 10
- Suction: 1-1/4"
- Discharge: 1"
- Motor: 1/2-hp; 115V
