Description

Product Details
  • Use for sulfuric acid applications
  • Microprocessor-based control board allows a versatile 1800:1 turndown ratio
  • 2-year warranty on pump drive and liquid ends

Walchem EHE series metering pumps offer more power and better performance than any other electronic metering pump on the market. With high flow capabilities, broad pressure ratings, and a microprocessor-based control board that allows turndown ratios of 1800:1, these pumps are the most efficient and versatile available.

EHE series pumps are great for a variety of applications. They feature a user-friendly 4-button keypad that adjusts pump speed, toggles between internal or external control, and operates the start/stop function. Once turned on, the pump primes in seconds. Pace the pump using 4-20 mA or pulse signals.

The scalable 4-20 mA signal allows you to set both minimum and maximum stroking frequencies. Operate pulse signals in two modes: pulse multiply or pulse divide. In pulse multiply mode, one pulse produces 1 to 999 strokes. In pulse divide mode, the pump can receive a number of pulses and divide by a factor of 1 to 999.

Use with 37% hydrochloric acid, 50% hydrogen peroxide, peracetic acid and sulfuric acid (call for compatibility with other chemicals). Wetted materials: PVDF head, PVDF fittings, ceramic check balls, PTFE diaphragm and PTFE seals.

Pumps include: injection valve and ceramic weight. Units should be hard piped.

Tech Specs:
  • Connection size: 3/4" NPT(M)
  • Maximum viscosity: 200 cP; Suction lift: 5 feet; Metering accuracy: ±2%
  • Power: 115 VAC (other voltages available); Amp draw: 1.8; Operating temp: 32 to 122°F
