Lightnin batch mixers offer superior dependability and low cost of ownership. Features a 316 SS shaft and a cast 316L SS A-310 impeller (clamp-mounted models).
Gear-drive mixers are for use with high-volume tanks, viscous chemical applications and shear-sensitive applications like flocculants. All models feature self-aligning planetary gearing for efficient load sharing, a flexible motor coupling for soft starts and reduced shock loads, and maintenance-free permanently lubricated oversized drive shaft bearings.
Mixers include: a 20° offset cast aluminum tank clamp for mixing in unbaffled tanks.
