These rugged aerators are a dependable source of oxygen for applications such as extended aeration, activated sludge process lagoons, volatile gas stripping and algae control. They create a large, continuous air/water interface for oxygen transfer, and mix your tank or lagoon contents to keep degradable solids in suspension. Rated at 3 lbs oxygen/hp per hour.
Aerators feature maintenance-free Franklin Electric motors and clog-resistant 316 stainless steel propellers. Their 48"L x 48"W x 8"H float is constructed of molded polystyrene with a noncorrosive outer layer. The float can support twice the weight of the aerator, and is guaranteed not to capsize due to ice or turbulence.
Other models are available, including 3-phase 240V and 460V models up to 20 hp, and 1-phase models up to 10 hp. Alternate voltages are also available. Contact USABlueBook for more information.
