LMI Series PD7 Pump with AutoPrime™ Head, 20.4 GPD, 110 PSI, PD751-A30HI
Description
- Features AutoPrime head
- External control
- 20.4 max gpd, 110 psi, 3/8" OD tube connection
LMI's PD-series pumps improve upon their popular P-series line, offering an enhanced drive design and advanced electronics. Pumps for chlorine feature AutoPrime heads, which are ideal for pumping off-gassing chemicals in a suction-lift pump configuration.
External control pumps feature a full-color display and accept pulse, remote start/stop and tank level inputs. They also offer calibration assist, totalizers (to log pump strokes, estimated volume and power cycles), and StayPrime™ degassing technology. With StayPrime, pumps automatically stay primed during low-usage periods or overnight between shifts. To use this feature, simply set the idle time, priming cycle run-time and pump speed (e.g., 20 seconds of run time at 100% speed starting two hours after the last pump stroke). You can enable or disable StayPrime as needed to suit your application. Pump control input is wet contact closure for remote start/stop, low- and dual-level float switch input and pulse.
Use with 12.5% sodium hypochlorite (call for compatibility with other chemicals). Wetted materials: acrylic head, PVC fittings, ceramic check balls, Fluorofilm diaphragm and Polyprel seals.
Pumps include: 4-function valve, injection valve, suction valve, foot valve/strainer and 16 feet of polyethylene tubing.
Note: The tubing connection size listed with this pump will provide optimum output performance; however, all PD-series pumps can be configured to accept 1/4"-, 3/8"- and 1/2"-OD suction and discharge tubing via their Roytronic™ tubing connections. Removing the connecting nut reveals 1/2" NPT(M) threads for hard piping.
