Description

Product Details
  • Excellent in low flow applications
  • Works to prevent vapor locking due to the formation of gas bubbles in your chemical feed solutions

If there are reoccurring gas bubbles in your chemical feed tubing, this valve should solve your problem. Degassing valve contains an adjustable bleed valve which can be set to allow a small, controlled amount of liquid to return to the feed tank while the pump is in operation. This allows gas and air to escape automatically so that they won't become entrapped in the pump head causing "vapor lock." If you want to bleed your lines or provide maximum discharge for priming, merely open the bleed valve by adjusting the screw two turns counter-clockwise.

Like LMI's proven 4-function valve, the degassing valve also offers anti-siphon capability and 20 psi back pressure to prevent overpumping when there is little or no system back pressure. Materials: PVDF Body; Teflon® diaphragm; Polyprel® O-ring; polyethylene tubing.
