Product Details
  • Polishing system produces Type I reagent-grade water
  • Quiet 1/4 hp motor

Use these water purification systems to produce ultrapure water for a variety of laboratory applications, testing and glassware cleaning. They are great for labs with larger purified water demands. WaterPro polishing systems feature a user-friendly control panel that lets you view water quality and temperature. Timed dispense feature allows unattended dispensing of pure water from the dispensing valve without the risk of overfilling. Water is filtered in large capacity bowls made of unpigmented virgin natural polypropylene that won't add impurities to the water.

WaterPro PS Polishing Systems provide up to 1.8 L/min of Type I, 18.2 MΩ-cm reagent grade water. Water recirculates through the polishing loop to maintain water quality and minimize bacteria growth. A moisture sensor closes the inlet valve if it senses moisture, which protects your lab from flooding in the event of a leak. Set a water quality alert for resistivity values of 16 MΩ-cm or lower—the water quality display flashes if resistivity falls below the alert set point.

Dispense purified water using a valve dispenser on the system. For remote dispensing, order Stock # 87914—it includes a dispensing gun attached to a 3'L flexible recirculating line. Adding an optional final filter (Stock # 87922) removes all particulates and bacteria greater than 0.2 µm diameter. Note: Each system requires a Polishing Cartridge Kit (Stock # 87915) and feed water of 100 µS or lower.

This polishing system can be connected to the RO (stock # 87916) System via a port in the 17-L storage tank. The WaterPro systems can also be connected to glassware washers such as Labconco's SteamScrubber and FlaskScrubber to provide a purified water rinse. To feed RO purified water into Labconco glassware washers, use the WaterPro Interconnect Kit (stock # 87923). Use optional pressurized bladder tanks to supply purified water to two Labconco laboratory appliances (washers or purification systems).

Includes: spanner wrench, power cord with plug, 3/8" OD x 1/4" ID x 60" L tube, mounting template and mounting screws, 3/8" OD x 1/4" ID x 60" L black tube and tube support. 12 month warranty.

Note: systems meeting higher levels of purity for analytical equipment (such as HPLC) are available. Contact USABlueBook for more information.

Tech Specs:
  • Feedwater requirements: <100 µS/cm
  • Output rate: 1.8 L/min
  • Output water quality: 18.2 MΩ/cm; <10 ppb TOC
  • Inlet pressure (min/max): 0 to 100 psi
  • Dimensions: 31" W x 30.1" H x 7.5" D
