HydraForce Lift Station Agitators reduce clogs and prevent blockages by breaking up FOG (fats, oils and grease). The agitators use a mounted compressor to release a continuous flow of air bubbles from a dual-loop diffuser that’s suspended in the wet well. This creates a constant mixing action that breaks up FOG, which keeps solids in suspension to prevent future blockages and buildup. It also reduces odor and corrosion, and saves on downtime and maintenance.
The diffuser assembly features stainless steel components and a non-clogging membrane. Diffusers can be suspended in the lift station up to 50 feet deep.
Customized for your specific application, each system includes up to three diffuser assemblies, 1/4- or 1/2-hp compressor, compressor mount option, air tubing, stainless steel suspension chain and intake filter.
