These integrated spill containment systems offer exceptionally versatile spill containment for intermediate bulk containers. The systems fit more than 99% of all IBC dispensing units. The IBC 4000i™ double containment system features a 750-gallon sump capacity. System exceeds EPA 40 CFR 264.175 regulations.
The Double IBC 4000i is also constructed of lightweight 100% polyethylene. It comes with 12 heavy-duty removable and stackable grates. Nestable ase unit is 4-way forkliftable. Stack grates on top for convenient storage and shipping. Extra-wide platform shelf accepts two IBC units. Up to 10,000 lbs handling capacity.
Systems include a 1" NPT drain hole and threaded plug. To drain the unit, simply unscrew the plug. You can also install a pipe nipple (stock # 30790) and ball valve (stock # 37262; both sold separately).
